It has a preferred balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats for an optimized performance through your day. All our ingredients are sourced locally, and we take great pride in serving our customers with only fresh, NEVER FROZEN prepared to order meals. Our meal prep service makes eating quality, healthy food as easy as it gets. Our service allows our customers to pre-order freshly prepared meals for the week with an option of pick up or delivery to your doorstep.

HOW ASPREPPED WORKS
You have the option to choose from our specials, packages, and or build your own meals. A minimum order of $80 is required. After deleting your plates, and adding them to the cart, simply click "Checkout" to complete your order.
CHOOSE DELIVERY METHOD:
Delivery will be made to your door. Please note that delivery fees may apply. During checkout, you'll be prompted to choose a delivery time. Be sure to select a time when you will be home.
